 Overview on Maintenance of Stocks at Godown’s, Buffer Stocks, Damages, DOA Cases, Stock Pullout, Demos & Out of Warranty Material.

 Forwarding Indents of Stocks as per the requirement of Sales Department.

 Forwarding of Cheques Requisition forms along with utility bills & Invoices to Payments Department.

 Monthly Reporting to HO for MIS , Stock Report ,Stock Ageing Report, Buffer Stock Report, Petty Cash Budget, Attendance of Employees.

 Filling of Monthly Return of Sales Tax, ESIC, PF

 Maintenance Preparation and Finalisation of Accounts and Financial Statements.

 Filing of Annual Returns of Income Tax.

 Computerized accounting Software such as Wings, Focus, Tally, EX. Accord,

and Profit.

 Audit of Propriety Concerns, Firms, Private Limited Companies, Charitable Trusts, Co-Operative Societies etc.
