VisionCompass is a Collaborative Enterprise Management software system that aligns
employee effort with organizational objectives. VisionCompass features collaboration,
communication, performance analysis, and business intelligence functionality that enable to
manage objectives across all organizational levels, from anywhere at any time. The Enterprise
Data Manager (EDM) is a component that greatly enhances the prowess and effectiveness of
VisionCompass. Enterprise Data Manager (EDM) is the backbone of VisionCompass by feeding
it with performance data. The measurements of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), which are a
testament to the performance of employees or a measure of organizational effectiveness, are
facilitated by EDM.

The project was the development of the system to generate various Reports, Metrics and
Statistics with the data available in the datawarehouse. The database contains the information
on tenders being given by EU. GE gets the tender information in the form of flat files from EU.
The data pertaining to the tenders of interest to business are extracted from the data file. The
information that is extracted is stored in the database. The datawarehouse would serve as the
storehouse of information as well as help in performing analysis on this information.

In the e-call center scenario Web services plays an important role as it provides instant and
cost-effective services to the customer, eases the burden of the Agent, and increases the
production of the company. As in todayâ€™s customer support scenario, if an International
customer calls to an agent for the guidance, Toll charges are higher. So with the availability of
cost-effective web service he/she can clarify their doubts or can get the guidance with minimal
charges and with more information. Rather telling the usage of particular product on telephone,
Agent can give live demonstration on the usage of products to the customers. Agent can
retrieve the information about the customer as well as the products by just clicking on the links
or by internal search. Since Customer satisfaction is the prime motto of any call center, hence
web services helps in increasing the production of any company and retains customers. Email
service has become major communication channel by providing widespread and free services. In
Call-Centers, customers will be notified about updated information, solutions for any queries
placed to the agent, information sharing by posting the messages, which is viewed by all the
members (customers/agents) of the group.

AT&T Business Network (ABN) personalization project provides a superior electronic
experience to AT&T Business Network (ABN) customers. This includes a personalized web
interface, providing relevant content and features. The web pages personalization is done based
on the tracking information collected and the business rules established by the segment for
each user group. The objective of the personalized portal is to provide the ABN customers a
secure access to content and e-based applications. The personalized Homepage provides the
ABN customers with the capabilities to send and receive communication from their AT&T
support team, view alerts, events of interest and anno
