NYTP is seeking multiple Sales / Account Executives and Technical Recruiters who can be successful working in a fast paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment. These positions require who has proven strategic solution/staff augmentation expertise

Location: Hyderabad, India

Title: Opening for SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (US Staffing)

Responsibilities:

· Identify new business opportunities for NYTP in new accounts through prospecting including: cold calling, emails, marketing campaigns and networking (hunter)

· Acquisition of new Clients & follow up with existing ones

· Should handle entire Sales Development Life Cycle

· Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients

· Be responsible for Client relationships and meeting client expectations.

· Managing the entire sales cycle with accountability to engage specialist Delivery Managers

· Work with sales support team to create and deliver sales presentations and proposals

· Aggressive and active in competitive accounts, knowledgeable regarding competition and industry trends

· Representing NYTP at trade exhibitions, local IT organizations, and events

· Effectively represent company at various professional forums.

· Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

· Able to work under pressure of deadlines / goals

Qualification and Experience:

· Any Bachelor’s / Masters degree preferred

· Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT staffing and consulting services.

· Strong contacts with Hiring Managers / Project Managers / Sr. IT Executives

· Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.

· Excellent communication skills, oral and written skills required.

· Excellent Team player
