Job Description:

AquFlow, a manufacturer of chemical dosing pumps based in Irvine, California (USA) is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for its newly established office in India. This person needs to have experience selling pumps and / or flow control related products in water treatment, wastewater treatment, oil and gas, chemical treatment and other industrial markets in India. We need someone with at least 3-5 years of successful sales and marketing experience. Knowledge of various water treatment and wastewater treatment processes in required. Familiarity with chemicals and corrosion resistant material selection is useful for this position.

This person will travel throughout India and overseas as needed to build business with consulting engineers, contractors, government agencies, distributors, OEMs and end users. He will also be responsible for building a sales team towards achievement of corporate goals.

All applicants need to be self-motivated, goal-driven and be able to work with minimal supervision. This position reports directly to the President of the company and will be held accountable for goals and results.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)

Pump / Flow Control Equipment Sales Experience
Engineering Graduate ( Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
Ability to work in a small start up branch office with little or no supervision
Sales Goals driven
Record of achievements in the field
Self starter
Organized
Good communications skills
Knowledge of the industry, key contacts and sales process

Salary and Incentive plan commensurate with experience and results.
