US Staffing Bench Sales / US IT Recruiter (Hyderabad)

Job Description:

Good experience in marketing the Bench consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, their by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly. Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services should be able to work with vendors and generate new vendors. Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales. Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities

Skills required:

• Person needs to follow full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing CV, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
• Needs to market consultants at bench.
• Person need to source candidates through searches and job postings on the internet, candidate referrals, in-house database and personal network.
• Providing the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Must have excellent skills in alternate sourcing channels other than online job posting.
• Should have working knowledge on Dice, Monster and other US job portals.
• Should have good vendor database.
• Should have shown good outcome in the present organization.
• Should work in a team but grade individually.
• Should be available to join (if selected) in 1-5 days of notice period.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with strong ability to communicate effectively.
